Ms Monaco Booking Policy

We’re absolutely delighted to have you as part of the Ms Monaco Hair Society family! Your trust in us means the world, and we want to ensure your time with us is as wonderful as possible. Please take a moment to go through our Booking Policy, crafted with love and care for our amazing community. This policy is in place to ensure we can allocate appointments to everyone as best we can.   1. Booking Fee and Payment Options
    To make things easy for you, we’ve provided two convenient ways to pay your booking fee. You can submit your appointment via our online booking system where it will process everything for you or you can give us a quick call at the salon. When booking online, our system does require a 50% booking fee of the total cost of your appointment. This is quite handy as you’ll then only need to pay the balance on the day of your appointment. For those scheduling a colour service over the phone, the fee is $150.
  2. Future Bookings
    For future appointments and salon memberships, we offer a $50 rollover booking fee. This will be a credit toward your next appointment and will only be redeemed if the need arises due to a last minute cancelation.
  3. Respecting Your Time, Our Time, and Each Other
    We know that life can be unpredictable. But as a small business, your commitment to appointments keeps our doors open and our team supported. Missed or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) can impact both us and fellow guests who were eager to enjoy some pampering.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    In the event of a no-show or cancellation within the 48 hour time frame, there may be a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment or $150, whichever is less. Future appointments may require full payment at the time of the next booking. For all salon memberships, please note: if you don’t show or attend a scheduled appointment, will forfeit two weeks payments of their memberships and their future appointments will be carried forward two weeks. The booking policy for members is the exact same as all other bookings.
  5. Getting Ready for Your Salon Date
    Please arrive on time with your hair ready for a beautiful transformation. We suggest leaving your most expensive & best outfits at home, as we work with colour and unforeseen spills can happen. In the unlikely event of a colour mishap, we’ll cover up to $40 for a damaged item.
  6. Confirming Your Appointment
    Our automated SMS system is set up to ensure your appointment is secure. Just reply with a “YES” or “NO”. A follow-up message will be sent three days before your scheduled time. If we don’t hear from you after multiple attempts within 48 hours, we’ll assume the appointment won’t work out.
  7. COVID-19
    We understand the unpredictability of the current situation. While we’ve been flexible for the past two years, we now need to uphold our cancellation policy.
  8. Sharing Your Thoughts
    If for any reason you’re not over the moon with your service, please let us know within 7 days. Your feedback helps us learn and grow. This also ensures we can get you back in ASAP to resolve any concerns.
