I had the best experience here ! From the moment I arrived I was so impressed. The salon itself is stunning, super lush and stylish and they’ve thought of everything to make you feel pampered, right down to the snacks and little touches that make you feel totally taken care of. I had Romi as my stylist and she was an absolute gem! So fun, lovely, and really talented. She totally got what I wanted with my hair and I’m obsessed with how it turned out. Romi made the whole appointment such a fun vibe and it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Also, shoutout to Kennedy who dried my hair. She was so bubbly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. Her positive energy made such a difference, and she was really sweet and professional. And another shoutout to the lovely girl who washed my hair. Again, just fabulous personality and a great head massager might I add 😂 Overall the customer service at Ms Monaco is amazing. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and looked after and the whole experience was just top notch. If you’re looking for a salon where you’ll leave with beautiful hair and feel pampered I wouldn’t look much further.

First of all if you’re going to treat yourself, do it well. Ms Monaco didn’t disappoint with the lux vibes and a cocktail bar! Whattt! The most comfiest basins to relax in, and let’s face it when you’re laying there waiting for the toner to develop or just marinating in a delicious hair mask (like I was) those uncomfy basins have you feeling like your neck is getting an unwanted workout. Kayte absolutely nailed my transformation from blonde to brunette hottie so well. She ensured I knew what I was in for before I started as well as making sure I was comfortable with the cost of the services. I have just relocated to the Sunny Coast and so glad I found Ms Monaco straight up! The complimentary mimosas really topped the whole experience right off 🔥

The ambience and fitout was luxurious and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Grace was fantastic - taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted whilst also offering expert advice. The attention to detail was outstanding, the bubbles an unexpected treat, and I left feeling truly pampered. I've never experienced anything like this at a hair salon before. I was having trouble with my oily hair and the amazing Sam went over a little trick for me to wash my hair and do 2 rounds of shampoo only for 30sec and now i’m at day 3 and my hair is still looking so fresh i couldn’t be more appreciative!!
