Ms Monaco Booking Policy

We’re absolutely delighted to have you as part of the Ms Monaco Hair Society family! Your trust in us means the world, and we want to ensure your time with us is as wonderful as possible.

Please take a moment to go through our Booking Policy, crafted with love and care for our amazing community. This policy is in place to ensure we can allocate appointments to everyone as best we can.

What do I need to do if I have to cancel? 

We absolutely love welcoming you into Ms Monaco Hair Society and making your hair dreams a reality. Every appointment is more than just a booking to us—it’s a chance to pamper you, help you feel confident, and give you the incredible salon experience you deserve.

Because we take such care in crafting each visit, your appointment time is set aside just for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly appreciate your time, just as you appreciate ours. 💖

To ensure we can continue giving every guest the undivided attention they deserve, we kindly require a $100 booking fee to secure your appointment.

This isn’t something new for us—we’ve always had a deposit policy in place, but in the past, we simply didn’t have the manpower to consistently enforce it. With growing demand for appointments, it’s important that we honour and protect the time we reserve for each of our beautiful guests.

We really wish to emphasise, this isn’t an extra charge—it’s simply a pre-payment that goes toward your service on the day. It helps us honour the time we set aside for you and ensures we can keep offering the high level of care and expertise that you know and love.

📌 A few things to keep in mind:

  • Please book for all the services you’d like on the day. If you reserve a colour & cut but only have a cut, we’ll still require payment for the full booking.
  • Deposits can be paid securely online or via a payment link we send at the time of booking. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to pop into the salon a week prior and pay in cash.
  • Please respond to our SMS confirmation messages so we can secure your appointment and pass the appointment on to another guest should you no longer need your booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event of a no-show or cancellation within the 48 hour time frame, there may be a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment or $150, whichever is less. Future appointments may require full payment at the time of the next booking.


Getting Ready for Your Salon Date

  1. Arriving on time
    Please arrive on time with your hair ready for a beautiful transformation. We suggest leaving your most expensive & best outfits at home, as we work with colour and unforeseen spills can happen. In the unlikely event of a colour mishap, we’ll cover up to $40 for a damaged item.
  2. Confirming Your Appointment
    Our automated SMS system is set up to ensure your appointment is secure. Just reply with a “YES” or “NO”. A follow-up message will be sent three days before your scheduled time. If we don’t hear from you after multiple attempts within 48 hours, we’ll assume the appointment won’t work out.
  3. Sharing Your Thoughts
    If for any reason you’re not over the moon with your service, please let us know within 7 days. Your feedback helps us learn and grow. This also ensures we can get you back in ASAP to resolve any concerns.


Appointment Reminders:
As we are a very busy salon and our stylists are in high demand therefore we recommend booking your next visit before you leave. For your convenience we will send a message 7 days prior to let you know you have an appointment coming up. If when you receive your 7 day reminder message you can no longer make that time please call to let us know or reply to the message with a new date you have in mind, this will allow us to open the space to other guests.

You will receive a message 4 days prior to your visit – a YES reply is required to confirm your booking. If we do not receive a response we will send another message. If we still do not receive a response your appointment will be cancelled and you will be notified. If it’s simply an oversight due to being really busy ( we know how hectic life can get) please let us know immediately to enable us to reinstate your appointment. We hope you understand the need for this policy.
